Hermes makes a great looking Iphone 3G case in perforated leather. It's not available online so I would contact an Hermes Store depending on your location for availability. Their customer service is very good over there at Hermes so they will ship that item to their store if need be. I tried finding one here in the New York/New Jersey area and they were unavailable. They retail for $385.
